Adrian Jones is our Director and Principal Consultant. He is a Chartered Railway Engineer has over 40 years’ experience in engineering management including operations, maintenance, construction, design and delivery of major railway projects, railway regulation and certification.
He is a member of the IET and has degrees in Railway Systems Engineering (MSc ENG) and Management (BSc Hons). While being multi displined he holds electrical qualifications.
We are effective in working in project offices, remote working, or on site. We regularly travel to major cities and embed with client and/or consultant teams.
Dubai – 2016-Current: Technical and Operational Advisor to the Safety Regulation Authority in regulation and certification of light rail, monorail and GoA4 driverless metro.
Australia – 2021/2022: Suburban Rail Loop Victoria (GoA4 Metro). Providing Operations and Maintenance advice to the Client advisor Aurecon, Jacobs and Mott Macdonald.
Australia – 2021/2022: Fast Rail - High Speed Rail integration planning New South Wales.
Columbia Bogota – 2021/2022: Provided depot design input and review to WSP UK in the line 1 metro design for Bogota.
New Zealand 2015-2023: Provided Operations and maintenance advice for Client Auckland Light Rail. Originally Client Design Manager through business cases, study and consent design for light rail/light metro.
UK 2018: Provided review of HS2 depot
Malaysia 2018: Provided design and technical input to high-speed rail bid team.
